Reception
staff will be asking all consumers at appointment confirmation by telephone and at check-in the following questions:

Have you?
1. Travelled overseas or from interstate in the last 14 days
2. Been advised that you should be in home isolation for coronavirus
3. Been advised you are a close contact with a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus
4. Exhibit symptoms of viral illness

If the answer is YES to any of these questions you will be asked about whether you are have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever/history of fever OR acute respiratory symptoms (shortness of breath, cough, sore throat). If you exhibit any of these symptoms you will be directed for further screening and management to services within the Northern Adelaide Health Service.

If you have travelled from overseas or from interstate within 14 days or have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus and you do not have symptoms, your clinician will be asked to make an assessment if your appointment can be delayed until after a 14 day quarantine period.
If you have travelled to other countries and do not have symptoms, you should self-monitor for development of new symptoms. Your appointment can occur as booked.
