
Dr Liesl Altus MBBS, FRACP
Dr Liesl Altus is a Fellow Of the Australasian College of Physicians. She graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2007 and completed dual fellowships in Endocrinology and General and Acute Care Medicine in 2019. She undertook her specialist training at Lyell McEwin, Modbury and Royal Adelaide Hospitals and has a particular interest in diabetes, including management of diabetes in pregnancy, and functional thyroid disorders.
Dr Altus commenced consultation at Nunyara House in February 2020 and will also be completing a fellowship year in Neuroendocrine Tumour nuclear medicine at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital during 2020.
Dr Altus is married with 3 young children and has lived in the Gawler area since 2006. She and her family are active members of the Gawler Lutheran Church.
